A maintenance contract without indicators turns into a monthly argument about perception. We operate with recorded work orders, mean time to attend and to repair, preventive plan completion rate and a tracked backlog. The monthly report shows what was planned, what was executed and what slipped — including when the slippage was ours.
Safety inside your plant
The resident team works under your procedures, not ours. Permits to work, job safety analysis, lockout and tagout, safety induction and training under the Brazilian regulations for electrical work, machinery, confined spaces and work at height, as the activity requires. Documentation for every worker is available for audit by your safety department at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Resident team or on-demand attendance?
Resident pays off where call volume is steady, where a production stoppage is expensive, or where the plant requires lengthy safety induction for every new contractor entering. On-demand suits smaller plants or seasonal demand. We size it from your call history — and if you do not have that history, we start with a diagnostic period.
How do you work during a planned shutdown?
A shutdown is planning, not effort. The civil scope is surveyed well in advance, sequenced hour by hour and sized with slack for the unexpected, because the window does not stretch. We reinforce the resident team with our own people already inducted into the plant, avoiding the bottleneck of clearing new workers at the last minute.
Who supplies PPE, tools and materials?
PPE and tooling are ours, always. Application materials can be supplied by us or by the client, whichever is more efficient — some plants have better supply agreements than we do, and there is no sense making the service more expensive out of formality.
Do you maintain machinery and production equipment?
Our scope is the civil maintenance of the plant: slabs, structure, roofing, containment, bases and ancillary buildings. Mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment is a different discipline, and we say so rather than accept scope we do not master.
